Counselling Sessions

I offer one‑to‑one counselling for adults, providing a gentle and confidential space where you can explore whatever feels important. Sessions are 50 minutes and take place online or by telephone — whichever feels most comfortable for you.

Sessions are available Weekdays, Evenings and Weekends

My approach is person‑centred and integrative, which means I adapt our work to suit your needs rather than expecting you to fit into a set method. Together, we create a space where you can:

  • understand yourself more deeply

People come to counselling for many reasons. Some of the areas I commonly work with include:

How Many Sessions Will I Need?

There’s no set number. Some people come for a short period to focus on something specific. Others choose longer‑term work to explore things more deeply.

We’ll review together as we go, making sure the pace and direction feel right for you.
